I’m the friend who jumps to make the dinner reservations.
Whose camera annoyingly has to eat first.
And whose vacations revolve around the best places to eat.
But when the pandemic brought my culinary adventures to a screeching halt, I decided to try and find ways to create some of the magic I was missing. I’ve always loved cooking, but being stuck at home really inspired me to experiment and get more creative. I started crafting multi-course dinners with wine pairings and even homemade printed menus — transforming ordinary evenings into special adventures for my family. I affectionately dubbed it my “Michelin Zero-Star” restaurant.
With Morgan Makes the Menu, my hope is to make it simple to create your own special culinary experience at home.
Each week I’ll curate a new menu with some of my favorite recipes. Plus, I’ll share a designed version of each menu so you have the option to print it for your guests.
