CLASSIC CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
I’ve recently been on a quest to make the perfect chocolate chip cookie. After so much trial and error, I’ve come to realize there is no single best recipe and everyone loves something different. Here are two of my favorites: THICK AND CHEWY and THIN AND CRISP.
MUSHROOM FLATBREAD
Topped with arugula, gorgonzola, and a balsamic glaze, this flatbread is absolutely delicious.
ROASTED TOMATOES OVER LEMON YOGURT
This roasted tomato with lemon yogurt is shockingly decadent for how healthy it is. The flavors were so rich, it felt like I was diving into a plate of ricotta, not Greek yogurt. I highly recommend making this for your next dinner party, or even for your next girl dinner at home. I like to serve it with toasted bread or if you want a GF option, you could use endive.
LOBSTER PASTA IN CREAM SAUCE
This lobster pasta is insanely delicious AND you can make it using only lobster tails.
HEARTS OF PALM CEVICHE
On a recent vacation in Cabo, I had this at Cocina y Cantina in @haciendacabo and just HAD to recreate it. So happy with how it turned out and now I can’t stop making it It’s quick and easy to whip up (takes less than 15min), full of nutrients, and under 125 calories per serving!
OVERNIGHT OATS
If you’re looking for a simple, healthy, but still delicious breakfast, you have to try these overnight oats. One serving is only 400 calories (not including toppings), has 14g of protein, 8g of fiber, and loads of essential nutrients. I’ll be enjoying these on repeat as I recover from my holiday gluttony.
BEEF WELLINGTON TART
If you love Beef Wellington, these delicious tarts are for you! The classic ingredients — filet mignon, duxelles, Dijon mustard, and prosciutto — sit atop a flakey sheet of buttery puff pastry, making a tasty appetizer that comes together in a fraction of the time.

If you love deviled eggs, you HAVE to try these miso deviled eggs. They are a delicious spin on the classic app.
GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE

RED WINE BRAISED SHORT RIBS WITH POMEGRANATE
One of my favorite wintertime recipes — red wine braised short ribs. I like to top it with fresh pomegranate seeds for pops of brightness and serve it over goat cheese polenta. Plus, the pomegranate and parsley garnish make it the perfect festive dish for the holidays.
SIGNATURE STUFFED MUSHROOMS
This is my most requested recipe — my stuffed mushroom. The ingredients are pretty simple, but it’s packed with flavor. I also love plating it in a bed of “snow” aka shaved Parmesan.
HOLIDAY FOCACCIA
This has quickly become one of my favorite new recipes — focaccia bread topped with caramelized onions, cranberries, and fresh rosemary.It is super easy to make (trust me!) and it’s the perfect holiday appetizer. Serve with a side of burrata or ricotta cheese, and enjoy!
DON ANGIE LASAGNA
I have been dying to try the iconic pinwheel pasta from @donangienyc , but getting a reservation seems to be more difficult than winning the actual lottery. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands. You can have pretty much everything made ahead of time and then just bake it before serving. It also made great leftovers.
TEA SANDWICHES
Something about the tiny sandwiches, fun decor, and beautiful pastries gets me every time. Afternoon tea was one of my favorite things to do in London, so I started recreating it at home for my family and friends and now it’s now one of my favorite parties to host.
LAVENDER CUPCAKES
Light, fluffy, pretty, and pretty freakin’ delicious. These cupcakes are a fabulous addition to your tea party. Or any party.
BALSAMIC GLAZED BRUSSELS
The only Brussels sprouts recipe you need. Thanksgiving is around the corner and you need a bangin’ sprouts recipe to go along with your classics.
PUMPKIN COOKIES
These pumpkin cookies are SO delicious and look great. I highly recommend giving these delicious babies a try. They are also great the next morning with coffee.

This ricotta toast got a festive makeover and boy did she turn out delicious! The combination of balsamic, ricotta, pomegranates, bacon, and candied pecans is sweet-meets-savory perfection.
