MISO DEVILED EGGS

If you love deviled eggs, you HAVE to try these miso deviled eggs. They are a delicious spin on the classic app.

Time: 1 hour | Difficulty: 2/5 | Servings: 20

1. Hard Boil Eggs

Make your hard boiled eggs ahead of time. I boil mine for 13 minutes and then place them in an ice water bath.

2. Peel and Scoop

Once cooled, peel your hard boiled eggs and carefully put in half. Scoop out the yolk into a medium size bowl and set your egg whites on your serving platter or a plate.

3. Make Your Filling

Add the mayo, miso paste, mirin, pepper, and salt to the bowl with the egg yolks. Mix well with a fork until smooth.

4. Finish

Add mixture to a piping bag (you can also use a Ziploc bag and just cut the corner off it). Pipe your yolk mixture into the egg whites. Garnish and enjoy! You can also make these ahead of time, keep in the refrigerator, and garnish before serving.
