OVERNIGHT OATS
If you’re looking for a simple, healthy, but still delicious breakfast, you have to try these overnight oats. One serving is only 400 calories (not including toppings), has 14g of protein, 8g of fiber, and loads of essential nutrients. I’ll be enjoying these on repeat as I recover from my holiday gluttony.
Time: 10 min (plus overnight) | Difficulty: 1/5 | Servings: 1
1. Step One
Add rolled oats, chia seeds, maple syrup or honey, greek yogurt, cinnamon, and salt to a mason jar. Then add the oat milk and mix well. Store overnight and enjoy the next morning! Keeps for up to 5 days.
