CLASSIC CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
I’ve recently been on a quest to make the perfect chocolate chip cookie. After so much trial and error, I’ve come to realize there is no single best recipe and everyone loves something different. Here are two of my favorites: THICK AND CHEWY and THIN AND CRISP.
SPICY TUNA ON CRISPY RICE
I love Japanese food and this recipe is easily one of the best things I’ve ever made. Plus, other than having to plan in advance (letting your rice cool in the fridge over night), it was super simple to make!
SCALLOPS WITH CRISPY PROSCIUTTO AND PEA RISOTTO
I love a recipe that’s pretty simple, but looks elevated on the plate. Of course, being totally delicious helps too.
