WHIPPED RICOTTA TOAST

This app is surprisingly easy to make and looks gorg on the plate.

Whipped Ricotta Toast

1. Slice Your Bread

Cut into thick slices and toast lightly.

2. Blend

Place your ricotta cheese in a food processor and blend on high until smooth.

3. Transfer Your Ricotta

Transfer the whipped ricotta to a piping bag or zip lock bag with the corner cut off.

4. Get Piping

Pipe your ricotta onto your toast going back and forth to create a zig-zag pattern.

top with pistachio

5. Finish

Top with olive oil, lemon zest, chopped pistachios, and flakey sea salt.

Tip:

You can blend your ricotta cheese in advance and place the piping bag in the fridge until ready to place.
