LEMON POPPY SEED DOUGHNUTS

These bad boys are baked in the oven, making them easy to whip together and healthier than your average doughnut. Delicious for dessert or a morning treat. Take your pick!

Time: 30 min (10 min cook time) | Difficulty: 1/5 | Servings: 9

1. Preheat

Set your oven to 350° and prep your doughnut pan with butter or non-stick spray.

2. Make Your Batter

Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Then, whisk together.

3. Pipe

Using a piping bag or Ziploc bag, pipe ingredients into your pan.

4. Bake

Bake for 9 – 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.

5. Make the Glaze

Whisk together glaze ingredients while the donuts bake.

6. Finish

Dip warm doughnuts into glaze and let excess drip off on a cooling rack. Garnish with a small wedge of lemon for a little extra pizazz.
