KING CRAB SALAD
I had this amazing king crab salad last summer in Saint-Tropez. I can’t stop thinking about it, so I decided to recreate it at home. You can use any type of crab or even shrimp.

1. Prep Your Salad
Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the avocado and Granny Smith apple into thin slices. Chop your chives and slice up the grapefruit.
2. Make the Dressing
Mix together balsamic, honey, mustard, olive oil, and salt.
3. Bring It All Together
Arrange lettuce, crab, tomatoes, avocado, apple, grapefruit, and chives on a plate or bowl. and drizzle dressing to taste.
