BEET HUMMUS

Another one for my beet lovers. Punch up your hummus plate with a little extra color.

Time: 5 min | Difficulty: 1/5 | Servings: 4

1. Prep Your Beets

Peel, cook, and cool your beets.

2. Prep Your Chickpeas

Drain and rinse a can of chickpeas.

3. Blend

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. 

4. Serve
