AFFOGATO
Serving up one of my favorite desserts in less than 5! Affogato is espresso poured over vanilla ice cream. Essentially an adult root beer float. It’s super simple to make and a delicious post-dinner treat. To jazz mine up for guests, I like to add some chocolate shavings on top.

1. Brew
Prepare a shot of espresso.
2. Shave
Shave dark chocolate for serving.
3. Scoop
Drop two scoops of vanilla ice into a small cup or bowl.
4. Finish
Pour espresso over ice cream and sprinkle some shavings on top.
