PEAR, PROSCIUTTO & BURRATA SALAD

Light, delicious, and beautiful, this zesty salad combines all my favorite things.

ingredients

1. Make Your Dressing

Mix your olive oil, honey, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to make a quick dressing. Add your chopped basil.

2. Slice

Thinly slice your pears.

3. Plate

Plate by placing a layer of pear on your plate. Then add small dollops of burrata and piles of prosciutto on top.

4. Dress

Drizzle with your dressing and top with lemon zest and red pepper flakes. 

Tip

I don’t love spicy food, so I like swapping Aleppo pepper for red pepper flakes to get the flavor without too much heat.
