LEMON CUPS
This is the perfect way to elevate your favorite frozen dessert, whether that’s sorbet, ice cream, or frozen yogurt.

1. Make Your Lemon Cups
Cut your lemons in half. Use a knife to cut between the skin and the pulp. One loose, use a spoon to further separate and remove the inside. Slice a small part of the outside of the lemon off to help your lemon shell sit flat on the plate.
2. Scoop
Start to scoop in your lemon sorbet or ice cream and smooth. Place the filled lemon cups in the freezer for 20 minutes or until it’s time to serve.
3. Garnish
You can top with berries or fresh thyme for a little extra flare ;)
Tip
Juice the inside for the lemon for other recipes so it doesn’t go to waste!
