BLACKBERRY COBBLER
This super simple, decadent blackberry cobbler is everything you want in a summer dessert and more It only uses 5 ingredients and can be whipped up in just over an hour. The recipe is from @thepioneerwoman

1. Preheat and Prep
Set oven to 350°. Butter your baking dish.
2. Combine
Melt butter. In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup sugar, flour, and milk. Add melted butter and whisk.
3. Prep Blackberries
Defrost (if frozen), rinse, and dry blackberries.
4. Assemble
Pour batter into dish, add blackberries evenly on top, and sprinkle with ¼ cup sugar.
5. Bake
Bake 1 hour until golden.
Optional
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and/or top with vanilla ice cream.
Note
If you don’t have self-rising flour, you can make it yourself by combining the following ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1-½ tsp baking powder, and ¼ tsp fine salt.
