CAULIFLOWER STEAK

You don’t have to be a vegan to love this flavorful grilled delight. With its seasoning and a little chimichurri on top, it’s bursting with flavor.

1. Make the Chimichurri

Add all chimichurri ingredients to a food processor and mix until combined. I like mine to be fairly smooth with a bit of texture. Set aside.

2. Carve Out Your Steak

Cut cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks, making sure to include half of the stem. One head of cauliflower can typically make 2 steaks.

3. Mix Your Seasoning

Combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl and brush onto the cauliflower.

4. Grill

Grill each side for roughly 5 minutes, until there are grill marks and you can pierce with a fork. You can add additional olive oil for cooking.

5. Finish

Top steaks with chimichurri sauce and serve!
