GRILLED POTATOES

These potatoes are grilled to golden perfection, creating a crispy exterior and tender interior, making for an herbaceous side dish to your summer barbecue.

1. Prep

On a sheet of aluminum foil, place Yukon Baby Gold potatoes, whole garlic cloves, thyme, and diced onion. Top with a drizzle of olive oil and salt, and cover with another sheet of aluminum foil. Seal the edges.

2. Grill

Place the whole package on the grill and cook for 20 - 25 minutes.

3. Heat butter

Melt 3 tbsp of butter and add 1 minced garlic clove.

4. Finish

Open foil, top with 3 tbsp of melted butter, fresh chopped parsley, flakey sea salt, and enjoy!
