CRANBERRY SAUCE
If you or someone you know is hosting Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving this year, make sure to send this recipe to them. This potato gratin pie with a rosemary crust is one of my most requested holiday recipes and might be my favorite potato dish.
Time: 15 min | Difficulty: 1/5 | Servings: 8
1. Rinse
Rinse cranberries.
2. Combine in Saucepan
Add sugar, orange juice, and water to a large saucepan over medium heat and stir to combine
3. Stir in
Immediately add cranberries, salt, cinnamon stick, and orange peel (you can use a dash of cinnamon if you don’t have a cinnamon stick). Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently. Continue cooking, for about 10 minutes, or until all or most of the cranberries have popped, leaving some whole.
4. Cool
Let cool for at least 30 minutes or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
