PESTO PASTA

This pesto is super easy to make, uber delicious, and goes well with just about anything — pizza, focaccia bread, or in this case, pasta! You can even pop some into the freezer for later!

1. Toast Pine Nuts

Toast your pine nuts in a pan with a little bit of olive oil. Let cool completely.

2. Combine

In a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse until well chopped.

3. Mix Into Pasta

Pesto goes great with cavatelli, gnocchi, Gemelli, orecchiette, trofie — or whatever’s your favorite. Top with fresh basil and Parmesan if you’re feeling a little extra (how could you not be?)
